Flu immunisation - update re: paper copies of flu form
If you were unable to give consent online for the flu immunisation due in school tomorrow (Friday 7/11/25), as per the letter (link below), please make contact with the team directly on 01743 730028, option 5. Unfortunately we have not been provided with paper copies in school as expected. UPDATE - a copy of the form has now been received, link below. If you are able to print a copy and give that to the class teacher Friday morning, please action. Thanks ever so much.
